SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Join group workouts with up to 8 people and a personal trainer. Burn fat and build muscle with a fusion of weights and cardio.
$8-12 a session
Pilates uses full-body, low-impact exercises to target your core and strengthen muscles. Work to increase your flexibility, circulation, and abdominal strength. Your postural alignment and range of motion will also improve, restoring the natural curves of the spine.

A combination of physical and mental exercises, yoga can offer improvements in strength, balance, and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing exercises promotes relaxation and meditation.
Iron yoga combines weight training with the balance and focus offered in regular yoga classes. It’s a full body workout that utilizes weights for upper body training, and yoga poses to strengthen our core and lower body.

Sculpt is a non-impact workout intended to condition and sculpt muscle groups. A combination of strength training and hand weights are used to tone muscles and burn fat. We fuse hypnotic latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves for an exciting fitness program.
