What if I am not comfortable exercising in front of people?
 The trainer will make sure you understand what you are doing whether it be with a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, or machines. Our trainers will be with you every step of the way to insure your form is correct and you get the full benefit of the workout and not injure yourself. 

Will I look like a fool?
We meet you where you're at in your fitness journey and introduce you to the coach leading the session.

How many people will be in the class?
 Our sessions are 8 people or less. We keep the classes small so it feels personal and we have more time to focus on you.

Do I need to know what weights to use?
 We are with you every step of the way. We set you up with weights that are appropriate (not too light, not too heavy) to make sure you don't end up with an injury.

Can I try a class?
 Your first session is free. We don't try to sell you after your session if you feel it is not a good fit for you.  

How much are classes?
 We offer a reduced-rate monthly membership to combine with a variety of class packages to suit your training needs. Try your first month for only $89! We will follow up with you at the end of that month to see what you think.

PILATES

Pilates uses full-body, low-impact exercises to target your core and strengthen muscles. Work to increase your flexibility, circulation, and abdominal strength. Your postural alignment and range of motion will also improve, restoring the natural curves of the spine.

A combination of physical and mental exercises, yoga can offer improvements in strength, balance, and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing exercises promotes relaxation and meditation.

Run/Ride/Row provides a wide variety of resistance training and cardio.

Sculpt is a non-impact workout intended to condition and sculpt muscle groups. A combination of strength training and hand weights are used to tone muscles and burn fat. We fuse hypnotic latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves for an exciting fitness program.
